This painting portrays different state of emotions that a person can feel.

It can be hard to express one’s emotions. Some people will numb their emotions to avoid other people from seeing them or for being afraid of them.

I believe that it is very important to allow these emotions to be expressed. Even it feels difficult and uncomfortable in the moment, you will feel better afterwards.
