‘Rêves’ is one of the 6 paintings I made for the Spring Pocket exhibition in April 2023.

The theme for this painting is ‘Rêves’ or Dreams. The work shows balloons in the sky that each represent different dreams/hopes, and the words are indications of dream manifestations.

Dreams can me perceived as an escape or a secret wish for our lives. I believe dreams to be important as it gives individuals motivations and aspirations for their lives. They can also be an escape from difficult times.
